ORDERS
You can order any of our products as long as they are available. Please note that items in your shopping bag are not reserved - you must check out to make sure you purchase the product. You cannot add more items to your shopping bag once you have checked out. We cannot modify or add products for you; you must reorder if you refuse to pay double shipping fees. You cannot reserve any of our products and we are allowed to decline any reservations.
PRICING POLICY
Prices displayed on our website are in Indonesian Rupiahs (IDR), and may change without any notice in advance.
ORDER PROCESSING
We reserve the right not to process your order if we are unable to validate your payment due to reasons such as different account holder's name or incomplete payment. We also reserve the right not to process your order if the product is out of stock or there are technical errors. In that case, we will fully refund your payment, given the visual proof.
COLORS
Please note that colors may not be the same due to varying monitor displays on different devices.
PAYMENT & CONFIRMATION
Payment can be made via BCA Bank Transfer, or Virtual account, credit cards, GO-pay or QRIS via Midtrans. If you pay via Bank Transfer, you have to confirm your payment to validate your purchase before we can process your order. If you pay using credit cards, your order will be processed automatically once your payment is successful. Further details about payment confirmation will be emailed to you once you complete your check out and opt for payment via bank transfer.
RETURNS POLICY
We apologize that we do not accept any returns. If you find some factory defects on your products, or have any inquiries about our return policy, please refer to the Return & Exchange policy on our FAQ.
